Tout l’\u00e9t\u00e9 les abeilles ont r\u00e9colt\u00e9 et ramen\u00e9 du pollen \u00e0 la ruche. Il provient des multiples fleurs de montagne aux alentours du rucher o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 (en veillant \u00e0 leur en laisser suffisamment pour combler leur propres besoins) et conserv\u00e9 au frais.<\/p>\n

Les pollens sont des petites boules de couleurs diff\u00e9rentes en fonction de l’origine florale. C’est pourquoi, trouver des petits grains de couleur dans ce miel est tout \u00e0 fait normal.
